Our low-pressure solar geysers are manufactured from the highest quality materials and go through a number of quality tests before they are delivered to the client. This ensures that all products leaving the factory floor adhere to the highest standards. All of our products carry a comprehensive 5 year warranty.
Low-pressure solar geysers contain the following components:
Inner tank: Manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion/oxidation resistant
Insulation: 5 cm Polyurethane foam, maintaining water temperature overnight
Outer tank: Produced from 0.3mm galvanized metal sheet
Heat collectors: Comprising of evacuated glass tubes, having higher heat collection efficiency than the flat panel systems. The collectors are vacuum-sealed which renders them resistant to climate change and extreme temperatures. This enables them to heat the system directly without any anti-freeze chemicals; the water is heated directly resulting in a higher efficiency. The collectors have passed the SABS test for 30mm hail impact due to their 2.5mm thick outer wall.
Roof supports: Fashioned from aluminum and therefore rust proof. Furthermore, the supports are designed to hold the heat collector at 27.5 degrees which is the optimal angle for sun radiation absorption in South Africa.
